Compress agent conversation to prevent overflow Merged

Based on the current conversation and the data size returned by tools, the context window of the conversation may quickly overflow.

Conversations should be compacted in order avoid overflow.

Acceptance criteria: Long conversations and large amounts of data returned by tools should not lead to a conversation overflow.

    Additionally, the developer should be able to select the type of compression/truncation employed. E.g. sliding window, summarization, pruning, semantic buffering, etc.
