Allow Grouping of custom skills on the Skills & Apps page

I would like to group the custom skills created by me for user experience.

Trigger skills based on some event or schedule

In addition for he user to be able to request to do something, it would be quite productive to allow wxO to act on my behalf in certain circumstances such as a specific time of the day or a certain document being added to a certain folder.
