Dialog-level webhook - Timeout setting functionality

The dialog-level webhook that is being used to call out an external service on meeting a condition on the node, requires setting a timeout to it.

In the real world, some applications at some point can take more than 8 secs to respond and throwing an error on this would not be customer-friendly. T

his idea is to give an option to set a timeout similar to assistant-level webhooks where maximum timeout could be 30secs. This would be very helpful. Thanks
