Provide consistent UX for DM & Channel Slack integration

Slack integration with WatsonX Assistant has 2 methods - one for DM one for Channel, The customers idea is to make identical.

Currently assistant requires "the assistant can respond to questions that are asked in direct messages or in channels where the assistant is directly mentioned."

The customer (Adobe) want to not have to directly mention (@) the assistant when in Slack channel (as can be done in DM)
