Soft deletion of Integrations from the Assistant UI resulting in inability to create/re-create integrations with the same name.

Currently, as the integrations get 'soft-deleted' from UI, this enhancement avoids the time-consuming manual process of hard-deleting the integration from database(DB) every-time an integration needs to be re-created by the customer. The best possible way would be to add a warning comment that says "Changing this will cause deletions to be permanently lost and cannot be restored" before the deletion operation and hard-delete the integration from the Assistant UI.

Observation: To be clear, this actually works as expected. However, the failure that's been reported is due to the use of active-active feature. Soft deleted integration resources can't be re-created because the active-active feature has a dependency on the name of the integration .. and a record with the same name still exists in the DB when the integration record has been soft deleted.
