stick to one feature enhancement per idea
add as much detail as possible, including use-case, examples & screenshots (put anything confidential in Hidden details field or a private comment)
Explain business impact and timeline of project being affected

This will come in different phases:
Display images, videos & other response types from wxA on chat (Completed with Aug-end release)
Display the widgets from flow-builder.
Display the widgets from tools (native agents only) - currently in tech discovery. The team is working on a POC.
Display the widgets from wxO external agents (likely a Q1 effort, there's a small chance it might be covered in the Q4 POC though)

On my end, some of the use-cases we are trying to address would benefit mostly from rendering images first* :
1) Being able to render images (first go with the basics, like jpeg and png ; then maybe alter extend support to other formats like SVG support later -> e.g. this could be useful to render some "mermaid" diagrams generated by Python tools or SVG process visualization that IBM Process Mining allows us to export from a mined process :D )
2) After that, maybe adding some built-in capabilities to render some data series as basic pie charts or other statistical visualization graphs, e.g.: rendering data returned by Planning Analytics or Salesforce on the last quarter’s results, etc.
3) After, maybe videos/audio formats like mp3/mp4 & such could also serve some other use-cases down the road...
Another important thing to consider too: for images or other contents, "who" will be storing the media content itself? WxO ? External bucket/website that hosts the actual media? ...
Can you provide the priorities among all the UI items listed? This work will likely going to be broken down in several phases.
Really interested by this feature to embed rich media in the chat!
I know my colleagues in France are working on generating .svg flowcharts & other image diagrams using python tools.
Having the possibility to render them directly in the chart would improve a lot their use-case & user experience!
Can't wait for next month! :D
