If you can't find what you are looking for, create a new idea:

  1. stick to one feature enhancement per idea

  2. add as much detail as possible, including use-case, examples & screenshots (put anything confidential in Hidden details field or a private comment)

  3. Explain business impact and timeline of project being affected

    Thank you for your feedback:

    • theming is already enabled through the ADK (by builder/admin): https://developer.watson-orchestrate.ibm.com/manage/channels#customizing-web-chat

    • font size & light/dark theme (besides browser's feature) is not something we have yet heard from many customers; it is in our roadmap but not prioritized yet; would need to understand criticality better to do do..

    • conversational tonality is something the builder (only) can already control today through agent training/instructions; we would like/need to understand the importance for the end-user to be able to customize/override that.
