Audio response embedded in wxa/wxo

wxA/ AI Assistant Builder has an audio response feature (see attached file), however when using this with a live phone conversation, there is some latency given that the audio file needs to be hosted outside of wxo/ wxa.

IBM should host typing or percolator sounds in voice connection. This feature should be considered for both wxa and wxo. Today, the client is asking that it is added to the AI Assistant Builder feature of wxo.

User stories:

As a builder I can select from a few built in audio recordings to enhance the customer experience. e.g. typing or percolator.

As a builder, I should be able to configure the delay in seconds, before the audio response starts (current available configuration appears to be acceptable)

As a user, when I am interacting with wxA via voice, the audio response should be immediate, with out delays after the user has finished talking.
