Shape the future of IBM watsonx Orchestrate

Start by searching and reviewing ideas others have posted, and add a comment (private if needed), vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you.

If you can't find what you are looking for, create a new idea:

  1. stick to one feature enhancement per idea

  2. add as much detail as possible, including use-case, examples & screenshots (put anything confidential in Hidden details field or a private comment)

  3. Explain business impact and timeline of project being affected

[For IBMers] Add customer/project name, details & timeline in Hidden details field or a private comment (only visible to you and the IBM product team).

This all helps to scope and prioritize your idea among many other good ones. Thank you for your feedback!

Add Export and Download Options for Tables

We would like the ability to export tables displayed in markdown format to external files such as CSV or Excel.

Ideally, tables should include a download button so that users can easily download the displayed data in CSV/Excel format for further use.

■ Why is it useful?

Exporting tables to CSV or Excel allows users to reuse the data outside watsonx Orchestrate for reporting, analysis, or record keeping.

It reduces manual copy-paste work and improves efficiency.

■ Who would benefit from it?

Business users who frequently handle tabular data will benefit the most.

They often need to share, store, or further process data generated by agents.

■ How should it work?

When a table is displayed in markdown format, provide a download button that lets users export the data directly as CSV or Excel.

The export should preserve column headers and row data as shown in the table.
