Enable Embedded Web Chat Tokens as Importable Connections

Proposal:
Currently, the Watsonx Orchestrate (wxo) embedded web chat can be secured using a token passed in at runtime, validated by a customer-supplied public key. However, this token is not accessible to agents or tools within wxo.

This proposal is to allow that token to be exposed as an importable connection inside tools. Once available, the tool could reuse the same token to authenticate against downstream APIs or services without requiring an additional token exchange.

Outcome:
Agents and tools can seamlessly authenticate to external systems using the same token that secures the embedded web chat, streamlining security and integration patterns.
