Scratch pad for LLMs

Implementation of scratchpad to avoid repeated tool calls

This idea is essentially to prevent multiple calls to the same tool within the same reasoning sequence. Waiting for more information and ways to reproduce.

    The chat context contains previous answers, are you saying that the agent still calls again the name tools regardless while in some/many cases the output has not changed?

    Sounds like a setting needs to be set to understand when the output of a tool is to be retrieve again, would that make sense?
