Spanish language support for Agentic Orchestrate

watsonx Orchestrate aims to expand its global reach by making the platform natively accessible to Spanish-speaking users. While the current platform primarily supports English, teams and users in Spain face limitations in engaging with the UI and AI interactions in their native language. Addressing this gap will enhance usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction in the Spanish market.

As a Spanish-speaking user of Agentic Orchestrate, I want the entire platform UI and AI Agent chat to support Spanish, So that I can interact fluently in my native language and fully utilize the AI agent capabilities without language barriers.
