Add functionality to map non-success response status codes to UI output parameters in the OpenAPI tool

Enable the OpenAPI tool to map non-success responses (HTTP non-2xx status codes) to the “Output” list in the UI.

Background:
There are cases where users need to check error or warning responses in the UI. However, currently, non-2xx responses are treated as tool invocation failures, and while the HTTP status and response body are included in the execution log, they are not reflected in the UI output parameters.

Expected Benefits:

  • Faster error handling
  • Improved user experience
