The scale profile needs to be able to match the cluster wide resource management including pods and storage.

Customer has WxO scaling profile set as Level 3 but it was still not enough for resiliency and redundancy.


According to this documentation, https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/software-hub/5.2.x?topic=services-manually-scaling, level 3 scale setting can handle moderate workloads with a reasonable level of redundancy for resilience.


Customer wants this scaling profile can apply to cluster wide resource management not just at CP4D but also at OCP level including the pods and storage objects so that they will not run into out of memory in pods or object storage.
