Start by searching and reviewing ideas others have posted, and add a comment (private if needed), vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you.

  1. stick to one feature enhancement per idea

Replace the generic "thinking" messages from the LLM with custom animations/messages.

This is intended to allow more customization to implement corporate appearance and performance requirements. When a question is passed into the LLM - and each LLM appears to send back different responses - it passes back some 'keepalive' type messages such as "The agent is processing your request...," "Gathering Info...." etc. The ask is that either a customized list of responses be used or, ideally, a custom animation instead. A mock-up is attached, using an animated series of dots.

    Hi @Guest , we actually moved from having a 3 dots animation in chat while the agent is thinking, to this new design of showing thinking steps based on user feedback that the 3 dots animation is not engaging/intuitive enough.


    Would it help if the list of 'keepalive' messages can be customized - or are you proposing that the 3 dots animation is better? Can you share the use case behind why the thinking steps are not preferred - this should help us arrive at a solution approach
