Add context window compaction to the Agent options

Create options within the agent to allow context window compaction.

Current limitations in the tool mean that once the context window is full the agent will stop looking at knowledge bases and tools. This issue is made more pressing when connecting to integrations with MS Teams, where it is less clear to an end user to be able to 'start a new session'

Can be as simple as creating an option in the agent build to only keep memory from the last 3-5 conversations.

Another example in Claude Code, they implement this by passing the message history to the model to summarize and compress.

Other systems use notepad/scratchpad and extract notes from the history.
