Dutch language (NL-NL) support for Agentic Orchestrate

Users in Dutch-speaking regions expect digital assistants to support interactions in their native language. Without Dutch language support, users may face challenges in understanding responses, policies, and workflows, leading to reduced clarity, usability, and overall experience. This impacts adoption the broader use of watsonx Orchestrate in Dutch enterprise environments. Enabling Dutch support will allow users to interact naturally in their preferred language and improve overall adoption across use cases.

As a Dutch-speaking user, I want the platform UI and AI Agent chat to support Dutch so that I can engage naturally with Orchestrate and complete my tasks without translation barriers.
