Start by searching and reviewing ideas others have posted, and add a comment (private if needed), vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you.

If you can't find what you are looking for, create a new idea:

  1. stick to one feature enhancement per idea

  2. add as much detail as possible, including use-case, examples & screenshots (put anything confidential in Hidden details field or a private comment)

  3. Explain business impact and timeline of project being affected

Add parameter to chat that keeps track of how many seconds the conversation has lasted

This exists in the Assistant Builder embedded web chat where an event with the type of SessionExpired is triggered and we can listen for this as part of our session timeout flow.

In the documentation (URL #1 & URL #2 & URL #3), I was unable to find a method or type that matches this in the Agent Builder embedded web chat.

I see the identityTokenExpired type is present, but this isn't sufficient as users are not be required to login to access the web chat in our use case.
