Increase maximum number of live toolkits allowed

We currently have 12 sub-agents, and each has multiple tools. I would like to roll up each sub-agent's tools into its own toolkit, but this isn't possible due to the max limit of 5 toolkits.

Attached is a screenshot of the error received when attempting to deploy an agent with a 6th toolkit to live. Also see below:
