Need more filter and search option on Access Management for wxo on AWS with IBM SaaS Console

After migrating to MCSP v2, wxo uses IBM SaaS Console for user and access management.

Access Management on IBM SaaS Console only shows the list of user ids. 

And it is hard to find who is Admin/Builder/User, unless looking into assigned roles of users one by one.

It will be easier for maintenance if some kind of following functions are introduced.

  • Filter list by assigned role
  • Indication of assigned role on user list

    Hi, this request is from IBM team who is providing maintenance service for Panasonic Human Capital Service. 

    The pain point is that it's taking time to find out the role assigned to each users. 

    For example, if you have 100 users on the user list and need to find out who is assigned as Admin, you have to look into detail of each user, one by one. It is time consuming and difficult to find.
