Add a way to track MAU/ressource consumption per agent & user

Today on IBM Cloud billing dashboards, the only level of detail we have is the number of thousand MAU consumed by the service.

Some client want a finer level of consumption detail for FinOps monitoring & optimisation of their agents, down at the flow execution / Agent level.

Some "FinOps" dashboard appears in the last version of the WxO Home dashboard and Agents Analytics, but they only concern LLM token or "unique users" (good but not enough as new MAU could be consumed after 50 messages by the same user).

There is currently no place in the product displaying the current Ressource consumption rate, having it implemented would allow to have a better way to explain what agent/flow consumed the most ressource, be it for usage tracking or system cost optimization.

Some visualization examples that could be nice to have to track MAU & Users consumption:

  • Global MAU consumption on the tenant for the month (and perhaps previous months trends?)

  • Graph showing MAU consumption per agent or per flow, and drill-down on a specific agent

  • Graph showing how much MAU a specific User consumed this month, and drill-down on a specific user (number of messages sent on which agent)
