Text-only fallback mode when the rich chat UI can't load

Problem: On a job site with one bar of signal, the full chat interface stalls — and my agent is unreachable exactly when I need it most.

Idea: When bandwidth drops or the rich UI fails, the chat degrades automatically to plain text: no cards, no widgets, full capability. I can also pin text-only mode myself.

Value: Agents stay usable in the real world — warehouses, rural routes, basements — instead of only working where the connection is perfect.
