Inbound webhooks: let outside systems trigger an agent run

Problem: My other tools can't start an agent run. Everything stops at the chat box — I have to open it and type before anything happens.

Idea: Give each agent an inbound webhook. An external system posts an event, Orchestrate maps the payload to the agent's inputs, and the run starts — with the trigger recorded in the thread.

Value: Agents join real event-driven workflows — new ticket, new order, sensor alert — instead of waiting around for me to prompt them.
