Critical-minerals survey coordinator for junior explorers

Problem: The U.S. wants domestic critical minerals, but the public mapping that junior explorers depend on is being gutted — Earth MRI effectively falls from $74M to $16M/year, state surveys face ~50% cuts. Majors can fly their own $1M+ FTG surveys; juniors cannot.

Idea: An Orchestrate agent that assembles affordable exploration programs for small operators: stitches together public-domain gravity, magnetic, and radiometric data, identifies where legacy commercial FTG data might be licensed cheaply, prioritizes targets, and sequences work to fit a junior budget — the exploration plan a major would build, at a fraction of the cost.

Value: Public-data leverage substitutes for public funding. Domestic mineral exploration survives the budget cuts instead of consolidating into the majors.
