Solar project disclosure verifier

Problem: When a nonprofit completes a solar installation, the public announcement often names the capacity in only aggregate terms — two Maryland school-community projects were announced as ">520,000 kWh annually" combined, with no per-site kW, EPC contractor, financier, or deal structure disclosed anywhere public. Readers, donors, and researchers cannot verify what was actually built or on what terms. Idea: A watsonx Orchestrate research agent that takes any publicly announced energy project and verifies its disclosed specifications against independent sources — permits, interconnection filings, press releases, case studies, grant records — then produces a disclosure-completeness scorecard: what was claimed, what was independently confirmed, and what remains unverifiable, with links. It never guesses; unverifiable items stay marked as such. Value: Nonprofits, journalists, and funders get honest visibility into project claims instead of marketing numbers; organizations are nudged toward fuller disclosure without any accusation.
