Multi-client nonprofit solar pipeline tracker

Problem: Programs that assist dozens of nonprofits at once — one Catholic solar initiative was assisting 29 active clients in June 2026, roughly half targeting construction completion by end 2027 — run on spreadsheets and newsletters, so deadlines slip silently and nobody outside the program office can see which projects are on track. Idea: A watsonx Orchestrate pipeline agent that tracks every project in a nonprofit solar program against its milestone ladder — feasibility, financing decision, begin-construction date, safe-harbor qualification, placed-in-service — and surfaces at-risk projects weeks before deadlines, with a per-client status view the program office can share. Value: Programs managing dozens of clients under hard federal deadlines catch slipping projects early instead of discovering lost tax credits after the fact.
