Problem: Some projects are deliberately unnamed in public reporting — a July 2025 report described "the first solar installation for one Florida diocese" with at least $450,000 in federal credits at stake, without naming the diocese. Legitimate confidentiality needs collide with public accountability for large sums. Idea: A watsonx Orchestrate governance agent for nonprofits that manages confidential-but-material projects: it tracks internal milestones, credit exposure, and decision dates inside the organization while publishing a redacted public status (capacity range, region, phase) that keeps stakeholders informed without breaking confidentiality. Value: Organizations can protect genuinely sensitive negotiations while still giving the public an honest, checkable status for projects carrying six-figure public subsidies.
