Nonprofit solar economics benchmark agent

Problem: The post-2025 economics of nonprofit solar are scattered across news reports — one Omaha school expected $18,000 in credits on a $45,000 system and $70,500 on a $235,000 array as a benchmark of the old economics; a Benedictine order put $3–4 million of a $10 million geothermal project at risk; a Los Angeles archdiocese school-solar plan faced "millions of dollars less in energy cost savings." Nobody has assembled these into comparable figures. Idea: A watsonx Orchestrate benchmarking agent that collects published nonprofit project economics — system cost, capacity, expected credits, financing structure — normalizes them per kW and per dollar, and publishes regime comparisons: what the same project costs under old, transitional, and post-phaseout rules. Value: Nonprofit planners stop budgeting from anecdotes; the sector gets a shared, current cost-of-solar reference that reflects the actual post-2025 regime.
