Problem: State attorneys general are the most active solar enforcers — Connecticut's 2024 $5 million judgment, its 2025 settlements with a bankrupt installer's lender and a lead generator, its ongoing suit against SunRun and others — but each AG's office publishes on its own site, so the national picture of state solar enforcement never comes together. Idea: A watsonx Orchestrate enforcement-intelligence agent that aggregates state AG press releases, complaints, settlements, and judgments involving solar companies and lead generators into a single searchable record — by state, company, practice, and outcome — with source documents attached. Value: Regulators coordinate on shared intelligence; consumers see which practices their own AG is pursuing; the national state-enforcement picture finally exists in one place.
