Childcare license–corporate record cross-verifier

Problem: Public records for one small center told a fragmented story: Florida corporate filings listed the president as Laquitta Kegler while DCF inspection records said Laquitta Luckett through late 2025, the principal address shifted from 1230 to 1228 N Pine Hills Rd just before the first inspection, and the corporation's EIN, filing date, and officer history lived in a completely different database from the childcare license. Parents and researchers cannot easily connect the pieces.

Idea: A watsonx Orchestrate verification agent that links a childcare facility's license record to its corporate filings, EIN, registered agent, officer history, and address history across Sunbiz, DCF, and county property records — flagging identity discontinuities (name changes, address shifts, officer turnover) as facts to be explained rather than assuming anything.

Value: Parents and journalists get one coherent, sourced identity profile for a provider instead of scattered records that invite confusion or rumor.
