For-profit / nonprofit entity mapper for education providers

Problem: Research surfaced two related entities behind one small center — an active for-profit corporation (filed January 2024) and a newly filed nonprofit (December 2025, first named with a "#2" suffix, then renamed to a "Foundation") whose purpose could not be verified, alongside three earlier owner-linked education entities that were administratively dissolved. The relationships between these entities are invisible to parents.

Idea: A watsonx Orchestrate entity-mapping agent that traces every corporation, LLC, and nonprofit linked to an education provider through officers, addresses, and name patterns — including dissolved predecessors — and draws the relationship map with each entity's status, dates, and what is publicly known about its purpose, marking unknowns explicitly.

Value: Regulators and parents see the full organizational picture — including predecessor dissolutions and ambiguous nonprofit vehicles — instead of the single entity shown on the license.
