Dissolved-entity pattern detector for education operators

Problem: Public records linked one center's owner to three earlier education entities that were all administratively dissolved (2023, 2022, and 2017). Each dissolution may be innocent — but a pattern of dissolved predecessors is material information for anyone trusting an operator with their child.

Idea: A watsonx Orchestrate due-diligence agent that surfaces the full lifecycle history of every education entity tied to an operator — formations, dissolutions, reinstatements, and the stated reasons where available — and presents the pattern factually with dates, so parents and regulators can ask informed questions instead of discovering the history by accident.

Value: Due diligence becomes a one-click history instead of a Sunbiz scavenger hunt; operators with clean explanations get the context on record.
