Problem: A for-profit childcare center's owner filed a related nonprofit in December 2025 — first under a "#2" corporate name, then renamed to a "Foundation" — with no publicly stated purpose. Ambiguous nonprofit vehicles adjacent to for-profit care businesses deserve a clear public purpose statement, not speculation.

Idea: A watsonx Orchestrate transparency agent that monitors nonprofit filings linked to for-profit education operators, checks for published mission statements, 990 filings, and program activity, and flags entities that remain purpose-ambiguous past their first year — prompting the filer to publish a plain-language purpose or accept the flag.

Value: Legitimate charitable arms get an easy way to demonstrate legitimacy; ambiguous vehicles stop hiding in plain sight.
