Problem: The full picture of one center only emerged by combining DCF licenses, Sunbiz filings, city use permits, and predecessor records across two adjacent addresses (1228 and 1230 N Pine Hills Rd) — including a license-exempt predecessor and a contractor-held use permit naming a church DBA. No single source tells the address's whole story.

Idea: A watsonx Orchestrate property-intelligence agent that assembles the complete regulatory and tenancy history of any childcare address — licenses, exemptions, permits, tenants, violations, closures — into one timeline, so a new operator inherits the site's real history and parents see it too.

Value: Site-level risk becomes visible regardless of how often the business name on the door changes; new operators start informed instead of blind.
