Shape the future of IBM watsonx Orchestrate

Start by searching and reviewing ideas others have posted, and add a comment (private if needed), vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you.

If you can't find what you are looking for, create a new idea:

  1. stick to one feature enhancement per idea

  2. add as much detail as possible, including use-case, examples & screenshots (put anything confidential in Hidden details field or a private comment)

  3. Explain business impact and timeline of project being affected

Browser Notifications for Agent Updates

I’d like to suggest adding optional browser notifications to Watson Orchestrate. Users could receive a notification on their Despktop when an agent sends a message or finishes responding to a query even when they’re working in another tab or window instead of having to go back and check everytime.

This would make it easier to multitask without repeatedly checking whether an agent has finished. Ideally, users could enable or disable notifications and choose which agent events trigger them.

A similar experience is available in Claude. I think this could be a useful productivity improvement for Watson Orchestrate.
