MIRROR-CHECK — misperception and bias detector for intelligence assessment

Problem: Korea 1950, the Falklands 1982, Kuwait 1990 — every case traces back to one side misreading the other's capabilities or resolve. Intelligence scholarship (Jervis onward) shows analysts systematically mirror-image adversaries and leave assumptions unexamined, and no standard tooling forces structured bias-checking into the assessment workflow. Idea: Add an Orchestrate agent that applies structured analytic techniques — devil's advocacy, analysis of competing hypotheses — to draft intelligence assessments of adversary intent, flagging conclusions that rest on unexamined assumptions about what the other side wants or will tolerate. The agent challenges the draft; humans decide. Value: Assessments that survive contact with the adversary's actual mind. The unglamorous missing link behind most deterrence failures gets a systematic check.
