MEMORY-VAULT — post-conflict testimony archive

Problem: When immediate prosecution is impossible — uncooperative states, ongoing conflict, collapsed institutions — victim and witness testimony is lost to time, intimidation, and death. Nuremberg's prosecutors understood that assembling an irrefutable historical record was itself a form of justice; modern conflicts have no systematic, consent-managed way to preserve testimony across the decades that justice usually takes. Idea: Add an Orchestrate data agent for long-horizon preservation of victim and witness testimony — with consent management, provenance tracking, and timed-release controls — serving future truth commissions and tribunals. Built so the record survives even when the courtroom is decades away. Value: Testimony that outlives intimidation and time. Even delayed justice gets its evidence — and the knowledge that the vault exists changes what perpetrators believe they can bury.
