Shape the future of IBM watsonx Orchestrate

Start by searching and reviewing ideas others have posted, and add a comment (private if needed), vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you.

If you can't find what you are looking for, create a new idea:

  1. stick to one feature enhancement per idea

  2. add as much detail as possible, including use-case, examples & screenshots (put anything confidential in Hidden details field or a private comment)

  3. Explain business impact and timeline of project being affected

[For IBMers] Add customer/project name, details & timeline in Hidden details field or a private comment (only visible to you and the IBM product team).

This all helps to scope and prioritize your idea among many other good ones. Thank you for your feedback!

CLOCK-BREAKER: SLA Escalation Engine for Stalled Idea Reviews

IBM's own process promises an initial response within 30 days and a disposition within 90 — but nothing enforces it, and ideas routinely sit in "Submitted" far past those windows.

CLOCK-BREAKER is a watsonx Orchestrate agent that watches every idea's clock: at day 25 it nudges the assigned reviewer, at day 80 it escalates to the product manager, and past day 90 it re-routes the idea to an alternate review queue with the delay logged publicly on the idea's timeline.

The breakthrough is structural, not motivational — delays become visible exceptions instead of the quiet default. Faster dispositions mean faster "Planned" commitments and faster delivery.

Thank you for your input, it is more a feedback on our process & use-case for the platform rather than a feature requirement.

We are shifting system in the backend so will consider adding more automation then, thank you.
