  1. stick to one feature enhancement per idea

Only execute permission for Team Skills

Many partners are asking for the feature - certain users should  get permission to execute skills only from the team skills. In the current system wxO users with "User" role can add skills from the catalog.  The feature that the partners are looking for are 

1.  Admin will configure the skills for   team or users and certain set of users (team members) should only be able to execute the team skills

2. Certain set of users (team members)  should not get the option "add skills from the catalog"

3. Certain set of users  should not get the option "Personal Skills", they should only get the option "Team Skills"

4. Certain  users  should not get the option "Team Skills", they should only get the option "Personal Skills"

    This is essentially rendered obsolete as we have deprecated to the old legacy chat but also resolved in the new Agentic architecture where builders control what agents users can see and what they can do with it.

    Users cannot setup their own agents and tools.
