Improve OpenAPI Error Handling during Skill Import

Let's consider a practical example related to the OpenAPI error handling during skill import:

Scenario:

1. Current System Behavior:

- You're adding a skill from a file or importing it.

- If there's any error in the OpenAPI, the system simply displays a vague message like "error during OpenAPI validation."

2. Proposed Improvement:

- With the suggested enhancement, imagine you import a skill, and there's an error in the OpenAPI definition.

- Instead of a generic message, the system would now provide specific details, such as "Error in Line 42: Missing required field 'parameters' in the OpenAPI definition."

- This way, as a developer, you immediately know where the issue lies and what needs to be addressed.

The goal is to make the error messages more informative, resembling the clarity provided by tools like Swagger Editor, thereby facilitating a quicker and more efficient debugging process for developers.
