Learn from user’s activities

Background:

If watsonx Orchestrate learns from user’s operation performed in the past, it will help to reduce user’s choice.

Solution:

Examples of user’s operation are listed below.

  • Association of user’s utterance and invoked skill,

  • Selection of next action,

  • Mapping of parameters at building skill flow.

Recording these selections and prioritize selected one from next time.

    We have added in some assistant capabilities to look at updating utterances over time based on failures. We are considering updates to how next best skill is provided. We do have parameter mapping for skill flows along with recommendations, we will be expanding on this over time with the use of a data model implementation, that makes it easier to map between fields.
