If you can't find what you are looking for, create a new idea:
stick to one feature enhancement per idea
add as much detail as possible, including use-case, examples & screenshots (put anything confidential in Hidden details field or a private comment)
Explain business impact and timeline of project being affected

How about the ability to create draft emails in addition to sending emails? Assuming WO is able to use a skill such as ChatGPT to generate email text it, it would ideal to then place this draft text into my draft emails so that I can review the content before sending.
