Provide connector to Process Mining to analyse working patterns

With much of the actual process being decided by the WO end user, there is a need to understand what skills users use in sequence and to understand if new skills, APIs or workflows etc can be improved even further. Make it possible to pass the WO logs over to Process Mining with an out of the box connector.

And coupling with PM could work both way: improve skills from their logs, and also discovering useful skills by using task mining on the business users activities.

Thank you for this suggestion. We will be looking at ways to learn from the skills people use in sequence and help to gain intelligence from this as time goes on, so we agree with this recommendation!
