OAuth2.0 support for pre/post webhooks for watsonx Assistant

OAuth2.0 is pretty much a security standard required by most enterprises for API authentication.

watsonx Assistant has provided the capability of pre/post webhook integration to enable customers to intercept messages before and after WA interaction for various purposes.

One common use case is around PII masking/filtering where the customers want to avoid having PII data saved in WA logs. While pre/post webhook integration allows for supporting such a use case, customers need this webhook integration to support OAuth2.0 which is required by their cybersecurity teams.
