Start by searching and reviewing ideas others have posted, and add a comment (private if needed), vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you.

If you can't find what you are looking for, create a new idea:

  1. stick to one feature enhancement per idea

  2. add as much detail as possible, including use-case, examples & screenshots (put anything confidential in Hidden details field or a private comment)

  3. Explain business impact and timeline of project being affected

Fetch information from user tasks (e.g. task id or task url)

When defining a workflow with user activities, it would be great to fetch information such as the URL or task id from a user activity.

This could be useful to combine it with other skills e.g. to send a link via a chat skill or in a separate ticket system.

    Thank you for the idea, just note that email notification is already available so a user would not have to log into wxO to fnd the task assigned to them or their team.


    That being said we can indeed look at considering other avenue and means to nottify user.
