Shape the future of IBM watsonx Orchestrate

Start by searching and reviewing ideas others have posted, and add a comment (private if needed), vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you.

If you can't find what you are looking for, create a new idea:

  1. stick to one feature enhancement per idea

  2. add as much detail as possible, including use-case, examples & screenshots (put anything confidential in Hidden details field or a private comment)

  3. Explain business impact and timeline of project being affected

[For IBMers] Add customer/project name, details & timeline in Hidden details field or a private comment (only visible to you and the IBM product team).

This all helps to scope and prioritize your idea among many other good ones. Thank you for your feedback!

Support all tool interactions in 3rd-party channels

Third party channels do not support form interactions and most pre-built skills tools + all skill flows/workflows are form-based today.

I agree with Laurent here on this topic. So if I want to integrate my skill flows with Slack for instance the only thing that is possible is a line by line dialogue. Any skill that uses a form based approach is not able to be used in Slack, Facebook, WhatsApp, or Teams. That is major dent in our ability to bring the power of AI Assistant capabilities to where users are already working today.

Just think: If adoption is zero then ROI is zero. So why can't we bring the great form based interactions to where our end customer users are already engaging to reduce adoption friction?
