Start by searching and reviewing ideas others have posted, and add a comment (private if needed), vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you.

If you can't find what you are looking for, create a new idea:

  1. stick to one feature enhancement per idea

  2. add as much detail as possible, including use-case, examples & screenshots (put anything confidential in Hidden details field or a private comment)

  3. Explain business impact and timeline of project being affected

Customer feedback dashboard or support routing to custom dashboard

Either provide customer feedback dashboard or support routing of the customer feedback from wxO to embedding teams' custom dashboard.

The ask is to provide a way to have a customer feedback dashboard for PM & Dev to analyze. It can potentially done either via

  • OOTB Feedback Dashboard

  • Or support/connection to route the feedback with comments and some history (e.g.going multiple questions back from the question/answer that the feedback was for) to a custom dashboard made by the wxO client

    Upon delivery of this, there will be a way to push the feedback to a custom dashboard


    In regards to an out of the box dashboard, we are undecided on priority, its under consideration - first we need to release the functionality we are working on now in regards to thumbs up/down
