Asynchronous skill execution to be enabled from Assistant web chat to App connect

There is a use case where an API built using App Connect processes bulk records. As per the current design, the API handles records sequentially, which can result in significant delays when processing large volumes of data. This delay impacts the AI Assistant's web chat, causing skill execution to time out and preventing clients from effectively utilizing the skill.

Asynchronous skill execution has already been implemented in the legacy chat, and extending this feature to the AI Assistant — along with enabling App Connect to support asynchronous execution—would allow the web chat environment to operate similarly to the legacy chat.
