Remove duplicate links in citation links for generated responses in the AI Assistant

There is an issue regarding duplicate citation links related to the generated responses from AI Assistants . Currently, each section in the document references the same webpage as an individual link, resulting in multiple identical links within a single response. While this is a byproduct of document chunking, it can negatively impact the user experience by appearing cluttered and repetitive.

From feedback received, IBM customers have expressed interest in an option to remove duplicate links to the same webpage. Simplifying this aspect would enhance readability and make the responses cleaner and more user-friendly, leading to a better overall experience for the end users.

I propose exploring a solution to consolidate these duplicate citation links.
