[AI Agent Routing] Presenting multiple routing options to users

We have projects leveraging tens of assistants for user request handling. No matter how those assistants are grouped and descriptions are well written, there will always be situation where we'll need more disambiguation. The idea that we are proposing here is to present multiple routing options to the user in the chat so that the user can select the best one from the list.

We also want to be able to configure routing options setting in a way that routing options are presented based on confidence threshold (min. %), min~max # of options, etc.

When there is no option that meets the confident threshold, the default get the LLM answer should be done, but provide some "suggestions" with options that are lower than the high-threshold (80%). For example, our threshold is 80% but none of the options meet the high bar. In that case, instead of showing the LLM answer (default behavior) alone, we want to also present those options that are lower than the bar presenting to user as "suggestions".
